  • Can I bring a pet with me?

    Answer

    Yes, that’s possible, but pets must be kept on a lead. That applies to visitors coming for the day and staying overnight in our Buffalo Ranch House, Hacienda and Cowboy Cottage, as well as on the campsite (maximum of 1 pet per home/pitch).

    Dogs are not allowed on the rides, shows, restaurants and shops.

  • Will I be charged an admission fee for my pet?


    Answer

    There is no admission fee for pets for visitors just coming for the day. For an overnight stay, we charge € 10 per night, but this is only permitted in our Buffalo Ranch House, Hacienda, Cowboy Cottage and on the campsite. A maximum of 1 pet per home/pitch.

    Dogs are not allowed on the rides, shows, restaurants and shops.

  • What is the admission price today?

    Answer

    Our ticket office works with a dynamic pricing policy. Daily admission prices can therefore vary from between € 15,00and € 27.50.
 Children aged 3 or under have free admission.

  • Can I still use the park on the day of my arrival and departure?


    Answer

    On the day of your arrival you can have access to the park from 10 a.m. onwards (you can pick up the key to your holiday accommodation from 2 p.m.). Likewise, you can enjoy the facilities in the park on the day of your departure.

  • Are wheelchairs available in the park?

    Answer

    If you require a wheelchair, report to the information desk close to the main entrance. Costs are € 5 per day plus a deposit of € 15, which you receive back when you return the wheelchair. Availability of wheelchairs is limited (max. of 1 day). It is not possible to make an advance reservation for a wheelchair.

  • Where do I buy a car parking ticket and how much is this? 


    Answer

    Tickets for car parking can be purchased from the ticket office at reception. This costs € 7,50. If you have booked an overnight stay, car parking is free.

  • Is pony or horse-riding allowed? 


    Answer

    There are pony-rides at the Indian Pony Ride. Pony-rides are suitable for children aged 10 or under, with a maximum weight of 30 kilos. Horses can be stroked. The horses can also be seen during the parade and the Wild Western Show.

  • Who can I contact for lost property?

    Answer

    If you leave something behind, you can contact lost&found@slagharen.com to ask whether we have found it. We store lost property items for a maximum of 3 months.
