Are there any costs associated with bringing a pet?

Costs for the stay are 10,75 per night and this is only allowed in the accommodations Raccoon Lodge and Cowboy Cottage and on the campsite. Maximum 1 pet per accommodation.

For the Raccoon Lodge applies that a pet can only be booked by telephone. The Cowboy Cottage can be booked by phone or via the internet.

Is there a freezer compartment in the fridge?

Unfortunately there is no freezer compartment in the refrigerator of the accommodations.

Are towels and tea towels available in the accommodation?

There are no towels and tea towels in the accommodation, but you can book them at any time.

Which plugs can you use at the campsite?

Euro plugs are used at the campsite.

What are the opening hours of the reception?

Our reception next to the Sitting Bull Saloon is open daily from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm, a night porter is available after 8:00 pm.

What are the costs if I receive visitors during my stay?

It is possible to receive visitors during your stay. Your visitors will then have to buy an entrance ticket per person at the box office. They too can use the park this day.

From what time can you check in?

Guests may enter the theme park from 10 a.m. and can then check in immediately, from 3 p.m. you will receive the key to the rented accommodation and can use it.

Will I receive a confirmation when I have paid for my stay?

Immediately after booking you will receive a confirmation with the necessary payment information. You will not receive a message from us when we have received a payment.

Is there a small tent next to the caravan?

It is allowed to set up a small tent next to the caravan if it still fits on the pitch.

Can I still use the park on the day of arrival and departure?

You can use the park from 10 a.m. on the day of arrival (you can pick up the key to your accommodation from 3 p.m.). You can also enjoy the park all day on the day of departure.

Pay attention! During Winter Slagharen there may be exceptions, always check the opening times calendar.

Can I also pay for my stay in installments?

Within 8 days after your booking you must pay a deposit of 50% of the total amount into our bank account. The remaining amount must be in our possession one week before arrival at the park. If you prefer to pay in installments, you can contact our reservations department on telephone number 0523 - 683 000 for the possibilities.

Can I book a preferred pitch on the campsite?

This is possible in the low season. This is unfortunately not possible in high season (Dutch school holidays).

Can I specify a preferred number for a house?

Yes, that is certainly possible! Costs for this are 25.95 per accommodation.

I booked for 2 caravans and only received 1 access code. Do we both have access?

The access code gives access for both caravans / vehicles.

Are the duvets available in the accommodation? And the sheets for this?

You are obliged to purchase a duvet set for all persons, consisting of a bottom sheet, duvet cover and pillowcase. The accommodation has duvets and pillows.
