  • Can I bring a pet with me?

    Answer

    Yes, that’s possible, but pets must be kept on a lead. That applies to visitors coming for the day and staying overnight in our Raccoon Lodge and Cowboy Cottage, as well as on the campsite (maximum of 1 pet per home/pitch).

    Dogs are not allowed on the rides, shows, restaurants and shops.

  • Will I be charged an admission fee for my pet?

    Answer

    There is no admission fee for pets for visitors just coming for the day. For an overnight stay, we charge 10,50 per night, but this is only permitted in our Raccoon Lodge and Cowboy Cottage and on the campsite. A maximum of 1 pet per home/pitch.

    Dogs are not allowed on the rides, shows, restaurants and shops.

  • Can I indicate a preferred choice for a particular holiday home?

    Answer

    Yes, that’s possible. There is a charge of 25,75 per reservation.

  • What are the costs if I have visitors during my stay?

    Answer

    It’s possible to receive visitors during you stay. You visitors will have to pay the admission price at the entrance. They will then be able to use the park for the rest of the day.

  • Will I receive confirmation when I have paid for my accommodation?

    Answer

    You will receive confirmation when you book with us by telephone. This will specify the details of your stay and give details of how to pay for this. When you have paid, we will send you no additional confirmation, but we would ask you to bring proof of payment when you arrive.

  • Can I pay for my booking in instalments?

    Answer

    You are required to transfer 50% of your payment to our bank account within 8 days of your reservation. The remaining amount is required to have been transferred to our bank account 1 week prior to your arrival at the park. If you would prefer to pay in smaller instalments, please contact the reservations department on +31(0)523 – 683 000 and ask for the possibilities.

  • What time can I check in?

    Answer

    Overnight visitors can arrive at the park from 10 a.m. onwards. You can pick up your key to your holiday home from 2 p.m. onwards.

  • Where should I park the car on the day of arrival?

    Answer

    In the main car park opposite the main entrance to the park. After checking in you can park your car next to your holiday home at no extra charge. For Cowboy Cottage and Hacienda holiday homes, you can park a second car at an extra charge of 12,50. For Wigwam Deluxe, Yellowstone and Nevada holiday homes and the campsite, this is not possible.

  • Do I need to bring sheets and duvet covers?

    Answer

    You must rent sheets and duvet covers from the park. There is a charge of 7.00 per person. This set consists of a sheet, duvet cover and pillow case. Each holiday home has a set of duvets and pillows.

  • Can I hire a bike?

    Answer

    It is possible to rent a bike from us. You can make this known by sending an email to reserveringen@slagharen.com.

  • Who can I contact for lost property?

    Answer

    If you leave something behind in your accommodation unit, you can contact gevondenvoorwerpen@slagharen.com to ask whether we have found it. We store lost property items for a maximum of 3 months.
