There are attractions which are easily accessible for disabled and less-able visitors and wheelchair users. However, there are a number of attractions which are more difficult to access, but our staff will be pleased to help you to make sure that as much as possible remains accessible. Most attractions are accessible to disabled and less-able visitors via the exit. A member of staff will be able to help if necessary. Furthermore, most of the shows are easily accessible. Ask for a brochure at reception listing all the attractions and their accessibility.
Wheelchairs can be borrowed from Reception, subject to availability. You are required to pay a 25,- deposit, which is refunded to you provided the wheelchair is returned in the same condition. Unfortunately, wheelchairs cannot be reserved in advance. You can rent a wheelchair per day, this can not be several days in a row. If you need a wheelchair for several days, we advise you to bring your own wheelchair. You can rent these via a home care shop or health insurer.
Our restaurants too are ready to welcome you. The Crazy Horse Saloon is accessible via the Wild West Adventure for wheelchair users. Randy's Pizza & Pasta is freely accessible to disabled and less-able visitors and wheelchair users, with the exception of the upper floor.
All toilets have facilities for disabled and less-able visitors.

If you have an Autipas you should report to the park information desk. We will give you a special pass so that visitors with autism (as with disabled persons) do not have to wait for long in a busy queue.
